Screen-printed stickers – the first choice when quality and durability matter.
Screen printing is the first choice for industrial hazardous substance stickers.
Thanks to particularly thick ink layers and UV-stable colors, our stickers are:
- extremely durable and abrasion-resistant,
- light- and colorfast,
- ideal for maritime environments, outdoor storage, and transport containers.
Even after prolonged exposure to weather, the labels remain legible, high-contrast, and legally compliant.
Application instructions
For secure and permanent adhesion, the sticker should be applied to a clean, dry, and grease-free surface.
Before installation, it is recommended to ensure the ambient temperature and the substrate temperature are at at least +10 °C to guarantee optimal adhesive strength.
- Preparation:
Clean the application surface thoroughly from dust, oil, wax, and other residues. Use a suitable cleaning agent.
- Positioning:
Align the sticker on the shipping unit.
- Application:
Peel off the backing paper piece by piece and press the self-adhesive back evenly onto the surface.
Ideally, use a scraper to avoid air bubbles and ensure even pressure.
- Post-treatment:
Check that all edges are firmly attached. Avoid contact with water or strong temperature fluctuations during the first 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure.
By following these steps, you ensure that the self-adhesive UN additional sticker adheres optimally, remains durable, and meets all legal requirements.

For long-lasting durability of the labels, please observe the following storage recommendations:
- Temperature: 18 – 24 °C
