Delivery Times

If “1–3 days” is indicated:
This refers to stock items, and your order will be processed immediately upon receipt.
Orders received by 3:00 pm are usually shipped the same day.
Delivery by our shipping provider typically takes place within 48 hours.

If “approx. 1–2 weeks” is indicated:
The item is produced especially for you using the screen printing process. Production takes about one week, plus shipping time.

If “approx. 2 weeks” is indicated:
The item is newly manufactured on large-format printing machines. This process generally takes a bit longer than screen printing—about two weeks, plus transport time.

In any case, you will receive a confirmation from us with the expected delivery time.
If this seems too long, feel free to call us. In most cases, we can speed up the process or the item may already be on its way to us.

Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90 plus VAT, regardless of order quantity.

Shipping within the EU
Deliveries to EU member states are subject to verification of your VAT ID number and require prepayment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on actual expenses.
We are happy to provide you with an individual offer—just contact us by phone or email.

Payment Information

For our business customers, we offer purchase on account with a payment term of 10 days net.
We reserve the right to change the payment method to prepayment in individual cases.
