CMR Consignment Note 4-part
The CMR consignment note form set (4-part) is the ideal solution for international road freight transport in accordance with the requirements of the CMR Convention. The forms are self-copying and allow fast, clean, and professional creation of transport documents using a typewriter or by hand.
The form set consists of four sheets, allowing all parties involved – client, sender, recipient, and carrier – to receive their copy at the same time.
The front side is designed bilingually (German and French), making it particularly suitable for use in European transport operations. On the back side, the contractual terms are translated into four languages: Dutch, Italian, English, and Danish, which further facilitates international use.
