Class Description – Hazard Class 5
Hazard class 5.1 includes oxidizing (combustion-promoting) substances that are not necessarily flammable themselves but strongly support the combustion of other materials.
When in contact with combustible or flammable substances, violent reactions, ignition, or even explosions can occur. These substances act as oxygen suppliers and significantly increase the fire hazard.
